CO-Ownerhsips
	We take great pride in our Cavaliers and we are very serious about breeding the best and healthiest Cavalier we can.  After all we do breed for ourselves to have our next Show Hopeful and we strive for the best for the show ring.  Our adults are Heart Cleared by a Board Certified Cardiologists yearly. We do not condone the puppy back pyramid scheme that is being used so widely among breeders. The breeder stays on as CO-Owner of the bitch and is to stay on as CO-Owner until the first litter and you are to give the breeder back a puppy then they will sign off on CO-Ownership.  This is very one sided and if you run into health issues you bet ya that breeder is simply going to walk away with a healthy puppy leaving you behind to clean up their mess.  Especially if the breeder sold you both the sire and dam.  It has to be spelled out in writing who will be responsible for what expenses etc, to keep things from ending up in a law suit.    And no one should ever enter into a one sided CO-Ownership.  Please be very careful with these.  If you read on the AKC site they are not in favor of CO-Ownerships and this is one reason why.
